Figures use standard reef-chemistry stoichiometry for dry chemicals. Always weigh with a scale, pre-dissolve in RO/DI water, dose into high flow, and re-test before re-dosing. This is a guide, not a substitute for your own measurements.

AI reference review
Claude checks every brand's published levels against current online sources
(web search + deep reasoning), flags conflicts and outdated values, and proposes
changes you can apply one at a time. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Revision history
Every change is snapshotted. Compare any revision against the current
values, then roll back if something shouldn't have changed.
Backups
Daily / monthly / yearly / pre-deploy snapshots of the database and photos.
Admin-only — backups contain every user's PII, including emails and password hashes.
Restore is intentionally not exposed via the web — use SSH for that.
Audit log
Every admin and staff action in the admin panel — who did what, to whom, from which IP.

Email settings
Configure how the app sends transactional email (account-confirmation links).
Choose an SMTP server or an email API provider, save, then send yourself a test.
Admin-only — credentials are stored
encrypted in
/data/email_settings.json and are never shown again after saving.
While email is configured, new sign-ups must confirm their address before they can log in.
Shopify customer sync
When on, anyone who signs up and ticks the marketing box is added to your
Reef Secrets Shopify store as a customer (subscribed to email marketing), so you can market to them later.
Admin-only — the API token is stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.
Create the token in Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → your app → Admin API,
with the
write_customers scope.
